Experience

For three decades, Mark has dedicated himself to refining the skills of golfers of all ages and skill levels. Mark's expertise has guided numerous junior golfers to success, with many excelling at both collegiate and professional levels.  Mark has also taught many top men and women amateurs and captained the Texas Woman's Cups.

Teaching Philosophy

Mark's teaching philosophy combines technical precision with a genuine love for the game, fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Track Record

Mark's track record for improving his student's game speaks for itself. In his time teaching golf, Mark has taught members of 12 Texas State Champion Teams, and he has coached:  ​

• 50+ Collegiate Men and Women Golfers 

• 10+ Professional Golfers (LPGA & mini tours)

Mark has also taught many high-level amateurs who fell in love with the game later in life. This has let him to captain the Texas Women's Cup 3 times, and many of his students have gone on to play in major amateur tournaments including the Texas Men's & Women's Amateur, US Women's Amateur, and US Women's Senior Amateur. ​

Interested in college golf? Mark has helped guide numerous high school golfers into college golf. Not only through his high-level coaching, but also by teaching his students and their parents how to reach out to college coaches, what these coaches look for, and which tournaments to play in.

Mark's Background

Mark Massengale is the son of multiple time PGA Tour winner Don Massengale. His golf journey began with triumphs at Conroe High School, where he clinched two state golf championships, setting the stage for a remarkable career.

 

Mark further honed his skills playing golf at Texas Christian University (TCU).  He was 1st Team Southwest Conference and established a foundation for a lifelong commitment to the sport. After college, Mark played professionally for five years, winning two events, before deciding his passion for golf laid in teaching the next generation.
